As a contribution to the Dispensing Formalities project organized by Brett Bloom, this small-scale public art project was installed on the corner of Leland and Kenmore, Chicago, IL, and later in Copenhagen. Hand-pumped, filtered drinking fountain built into newspaper dispenser, @ 4' x 1.5' x 2'
